Mike is a 2008 graduate of Grinnell College, where he studied history while captaining the baseball team. Currently living in St. Louis, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of The Golden Sombrero, a baseball blog whose contributors are both friends and former teammates from Grinnell. In addition to the Sombrero, Mike works as an associate scout and writes for Prep Baseball Report Missouri, and helps coach the St. Louis Recruits. He is a prospect junkie who loves to talk hitting. He also likes to hit.
