To celebrate the new jerseys, Nike designed a new Air Max 1 sneaker based on Atlanta's City Connects. While this was expected, given the release of other sneakers to coincide with previous City Connect releases, it was only recently that the Braves' City Connect sneaker release had details revealed.

You can expect supplies of these sneakers to run dry pretty quickly, given the unique color palette for the true sneakerheads and Braves fans being rabid for all things related to the team. For the diehards out there, your first crack at getting these sneakers will be exclusively at the Braves' Clubhouse store at Truist Park on May 11, 2026. As of now, the MSRP on release has been set at $150.
On May 12, the Braves City Connect sneakers go into wider release in retailers. Your usual sportswear stores are likely to get at least some stock, and there are already indications that Dick's Sporting Goods stores are going to be getting a healthy stock of the sneakers for their release. We don't know how limited this run is, but it is probably safe to say that Nike and the Braves want fans to have as many opportunities to purchase them as is possible.
So, whether you are really into the Braves' City Connect jerseys this year or you just really like sneakers, your time is coming soon. Getting in line early on May 11 may be the best way to secure a pair, but there should be other retailers and online options available for those who want to take on the hordes of people and bots.
