Answer: Derek Lowe

Sinker-ball pitcher Derek Lowe made 377 starts in his long big league career. He also made over 300 relief appearances. Both of his All-Star selections came as a member of the Red Sox from 1997-2004. Lowe posted mid 2.00 ERA's in three out of four seasons from 1999-2002.

At the end of his career, Lowe accumulated 34.3 bWAR, over 1,700 K's, 4.03 ERA, 3.83 FIP, and totaled nearly 2,700 innings on the mound. His time with the came in that brief period of playoff absence for Atlanta, so his legend isn't quite as strong here as it is in Boston.
