Answer: Scott Thorman
Scott Thorman began his MLB career in 2006 with the Atlanta Braves at the age of 24. His glory days did not last long as he never played in the majors again following the 2007 season.
Thorman is a name that only die-hard Atlanta Braves fans will remember. It is hard to imagine someone in the 2000s not named Freddie Freeman playing first base but Thorman did just that.
He hit .222 with 16 home runs and 50 runs batted in during his time with Atlanta. Although he was with the team for two seasons, he only appeared in 175 games.
