Slick-fielding Rafael Belliard spent 17 seasons in the Major League's. He was primarily a backup infielder for much of his career. Known for his glove, he also collected over 500 hits in his big league career.

From 1984-1997 he never had a season with a wRC+ over 61. Yet, Belliard stuck around due to his reliable glove and winning attitude. During the championship 1995 season with the Braves, he appeared in 75 games and still had a defensive fWAR of 11.
