Answer: Buddy Carlyle

Buddy Carlyle did not have a very successful professional baseball career after being drafted in the 2nd round of the 1996 draft.

He made his debut in 1999 and retired following the 2015 seasons. During those 16 years, it was only during 9 of those years that Carlyle was in the MLB. He finished his career with a -1.3 WAR, a 13-13 record, and a 5.14 ERA.
