Answer: Eric Hinske
Eric Hinske began his MLB career with the Toronto Blue Jays at the age of 24 in 2004. He won Rookie of the Year that season then found himself with the Atlanta Braves six years later. He was affectionately called "Ske" by his teammates.
Hinske was no superstar for Atlanta, but he became a fan favorite quickly thanks to his joy for the game and following through when he was needed. Atlanta was able to use him as a pinch hitter and occasionally as a first baseman.
During his time with Atlanta, Hinske was able to help the Braves during a playoff push. Hinske would retire following the 2013 season after playing 52 games for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
