Hint #1: This player spent a total of 13 seasons in the big leagues. He made appearances for the following teams: Atlanta Braves, Kansas City Royals and St. Louis Cardnials.

Hint #2: During his 13 seasons, this player wore the following jersey numbers: 36, 28, 17 and 21. 36 and 28 were the jersey numbers he wore in his time with the Braves.

Answer: Gerald Perry

Gerald Perry was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 11th round of the 1978 draft out of high school. Perry played high school baseball in Hilton Head, South Carolina, part of the region that is known as "Braves country".

He spent a total of 7 seasons with the Atlanta Braves. During this stretch, Perry appeared in 643 games as a first basemen, left fielder, or pinch hitter. This was enough time for him to post a .270 batting average with 37 home runs and 246 runs batted in while adding 105 stolen bases with a Braves jersey on.
