Answer: Mike Stanton

Mike Stanton was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in 1987 out of community college in the 13th round of the draft. He spent 1989-until mid 1995 in a Braves jersey.

Over this time, Stanton pitched a total of 289.2 innings across 304 appearances. He posted a 18-21 record with a 4.01 ERA. He struck out a total of 223 batters and walked 114 hitters.

Stanton was awarded a World Series ring for participating with the Braves in 1995 even though he finished out the season with the Boston Red Sox. In the short amount of time he was with the Braves in 1995, Stanton had an ERA of 5.59 so saying he earned that ring would be a stretch.
