Answer: Jair Jurrjens

Jair Jurrjens made his MLB debut in 2007. Shortly after, he was dealt to the Atlanta Braves where he would spend the bulk of his short major league career.

Across 5 seasons with the Braves, Jurrjens posted a 50-36 record with an ERA of 3.58. Once leaving Atlanta after the 2012 season, Jurrjens simply could not maintain his success.

He pitched in only two games with the Baltimore Orioles where his ERA reached 4.91 in that brief stint. The Colorado Rockies gave him a chance in two games and his ERA somehow launched above 10, ending his 8 season career.

Jurrjens was an effective pitcher for the Atlanta Braves but the organization seemed to let him go at the right time when they decided to let him walk in free agency following the 2012 season. Although the ending of his career was not that bright, we will not forget the good times of Jair Jurrjens in an Atlanta Braves uniform.
