We will give you five hints at a random player that donned an Atlanta Braves jersey and see if you can guess from there! Have fun and no cheating! This one may be as challenging as skiing. 

Hint #1: This player spent a total of 19 seasons in the MLB. During that time, he made appearances for the following teams: Minnesota Twins, San Francisco Giants, Chicago White Sox, Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox, St. Louis Cardinals and Atlanta Braves. 

Hint #2: This player wore the following jersey numbers: 9, 26, 36, 12, 40, 35, and 15. He is probably most known for wearing number 12.

Hint #3: Across his 19 seasons, this player participated in over 2,000 MLB games. He posted a career .280 batting average with 188 home runs and 909 runs batted in. 

Hint #4: This player is a 2X all-star, a 2005 World Series Champion with the Chicago White Sox and a Silver Slugger Award winner. In 2006, he also finished 30th in American League Most Valuable Player voting. 

Hint #5: This catcher spent the majority of his career with the Chicago White Sox, playing 1,068 games with them. His briefest stint with a MLB club was with the Cardinals in 2014 where he only played 30 games. He was with the Braves from 2015-2016.

Answer: A.J. Pierzynski

A.J. Pierzynski was drafted in the 3rd round of the 1994 MLB draft by the Minnesota Twins out of high school. He made his MLB debut at the ripe age of 21. He was in the MLB from 1998-2016. 

Pierzynski was with the Braves organization during the tail end of their rebuilding years and provided a great veteran presence. During his 194 games in an Atlanta uniform, he hit a respectable .269 with 11 homers and 72 runs batted in.
