The Atlanta Braves have honestly stepped up their game when it comes to putting together game day promotions in recent years. The World Series ring replicas in 2022 were a big hit and just recently, they announced a really cool Spencer Strider promo vinyl giveaway that is extremely likely to attract quite the crowd.

One of their more successful bobblehead giveaways in recent memory was when they did a bit of a crossover with an OutKast bobblehead night in 2023 that drew a huge response from fans thanks to the group's strong connection with the Atlanta area and the fact that having a bobble that has OutKast in a vintage Cadillac is sweet. That promo went so well that the team is doing the same giveaway later this year.

However, the Braves also just announced another music-inspired bobblehead giveaway and this one features the likeness of Atlanta-based rapper and actor Ludacris which will happen on September 4, 2024.

Everything you need to know about the Braves' Ludacris bobblehead giveaway

If you are a fan of the Braves, you are already probably well aware that Ludacris is beloved in Atlanta and has a pre-existing relationship with the team. He has done Braves pre-game festivities in the past, helped with the launch of the Braves' City Connect uniforms, and he also performed during the 2021 World Series celebration. In many ways, it is a perfect match between an artist and a team in terms of getting a bobblehead to the masses.

To get a bobblehead, you either are going to have to pay up on eBay after the game OR you need to get a ticket to the Braves' match-up with the Rockies on September 4th and be one of the first 15,000 fans through the gates to receive your free bobblehead. We highly, highly recommend getting to the game early (it is a Wednesday game, so go ahead and put in your PTO requests now) as there are going to be a lot of people wanting this bobble and things can get contentious when supplies run out (such was the case when the OutKast bobbles ran out last year).

After that, you are all set to enjoy a lovely Braves game against a dreadful Rockies team as the season winds down.
