The Atlanta Braves took down the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday night by a final of 4-2. Atlanta's offense has continued to impress and Spencer Strider had a great performance on the mound.
Wednesday's game was set to take place at 6:40 PM EST at Citizens Bank Park but it is currently in a rain delay due to inclement weather in the area. First pitch start time has been pushed back to 7:15 PM EST.

**UPDATE: 7:15 PM EST** The tarp remains on the field as the anticipated start time has now passed and there is no update on a new start time for the game.
That approximate time is gonna come and go without any sign of impending baseball. Tarp still on field, no workers moving to remove it, no pitchers warming in bullpens. https://t.co/jmTmtKq9pn

There is some news to go over as we wait for the game to start. Michael Harris II was recently named Player of the Week as he continues to improve offensively. Max Fried and Dylan Lee are progressing well according to a report on Tuesday. Sean Murphy is also still working some things out and testing his hamstring out on the field with no issues but there's no timetable for his return yet.
IL'd #Braves pitchers Max Fried and Dylan Lee have both advanced to throwing full bullpen sessions, and should face hitters before much longer. Lee is projected to return sooner, since he's building up to throw 1-2 innings. Fried seems likely to return after the All-Star break.

The All-Star voting update was released and 3 Atlanta Braves are leading at their positions. There were quite a few Braves still in contention for their positions as well including Austin Riley, Travis d'Arnaud, and Ozzie Albies.
The Braves will send A.J. Smith-Shawver to the mound tonight and he will be opposed by Aaron Nola who the Braves typically have some success against. Check out our preview for tonight's game right here. Stay tuned to House That Hank Built for any updates or further delays.
