Atlanta Braves City Connect gear is fire and available now

Firstly, the Atlanta Braves City Connect uniforms look incredible. If you aren't aware of all the little nods to the city - and a Braves legend - we'll break them down.
In 1974 Hank Aaron broke Babe Ruth's home run record. 49 years later to the day, the Braves will host the Padres and debut their 2023 City Connect uniforms. As you can see, the new digs are a modern take on those classic 1970's uniforms.
Some of the details of the jersey include:
- "715" graphic on the inner collar, in a font which is a callback to the scoreboard lights at Atlanta Stadium after Aaron's 715th home run.
- Crown designs on the sleeves are a nod to the Home Run King, Hank Aaron. The ribbing pattern on the peak of the crown is designed to look identical to the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which was awarded to Aaron by President George W. Bush.
- "Keep Swinging #44" (Aaron's motto and number) is above the jock tag.
Some details of the cap include:
- Iconic "A" logo has the same colors as the 1974 Braves uniform.
- "Keep Swinging #44" is embroidered under the bill.
The Braves will wear these uniforms throughout the season on every Saturday home game. The first is April 8 against San Diego.
