Happy Thanksgiving to all of you wonderful Atlanta Braves fans out there. We at Tomahawk Take hope that everyone travels safely and without too many headaches, that you have been able to enjoy some quality time with your loved ones, and have been able to eat copious amounts of food.

Normally on Thursdays, we do our Q&As in the evening and those have been a lot of fun as we have gotten a lot of great questions over the first few weeks we have done this. Given that today is Thanksgiving Day, we will not be doing a Q&A today as yours truly is going to be spending some quality family time and is also very likely to be in a food coma around the time that I would normally be answering questions. Rest assured that we will be back next week taking questions as per the usual.

That said, I am certain that some of you still need your Braves fix on this fine Thanksgiving Day and I wanted to make sure that there was a space here on TT for such a release. Consider this post an open thread where you can post and converse with fellow Braves fans.

One thing that I would also love and truly appreciate from all of you is suggestions for content over the next couple of months. The more specific, the better here. Things like “more minor league coverage” (I promise, that is coming soon) and “Braves opening day lineup?” aren’t as helpful as specific sorts of information or topics you want to read about. I cannot promise that we will write on every single topic you throw out there, but we have a staff here that wants to write and any ideas to navigate this period of time where basically everyone is just waiting for Dansby to sign somewhere are deeply appreciated.

Again, thanks again to all of you for all of the support as the site has undergone a transition over the last month or so. It has been pretty wild to see the response so far and for that, we are very thankful. Again, Happy Thanksgiving and I look forward to your suggestions and to answering your questions again starting next week.

Next. Aaron Judge could/should have been a Brave back in 2013. dark
