Atlanta Braves Ask Me Anything with Eric Cole

Last week, I started a weekly feature here on Tomahawk Take where I take questions from our readers and answer them. Whether they be Atlanta Braves questions, questions about the site, or just questions that are on your mind, the floor is yours. The turnout was great and I had a blast interacting both with long-time TT community members to folks that have followed me from my work at BP/Twitter.

I don’t expect quite that response every week obviously, but since that last Q&A, we have had a couple trades including the Braves acquiring Sam Hilliard from the Rockies as well as yesterday’s move which saw Jake Odorizzi get sent to the Rangers in a deal that also brought Kolby Allard back to Atlanta.

There is also the whole who is going to be playing shortstop for the Braves in 2023 thing which is a fairly hot topic today.

The way this works is simple: all you do is log in and post your questions in the comments and I will reply with my answers. I can type pretty fast, but if there is a lot of questions…just be patient with me and I will get to yours. You can ask me Braves related questions (majors or minors), questions about the site, or really anything as long as it isn’t super creepy/too personal (if you don’t know where that line is, its probably best to play it safe).

I will be answering a lot of questions as they come in to start, but at some point, I am going to need to do things like “eat”, “say hi to my wife”, and “sleep”, so there may be some pauses/delays. Once we get past the initial barrage of questions, I do plan on circling back to this post over the next day or so to answer questions that trickle in. After that, you are probably best served to drop by the Q&A next week.
