Hello everyone! I have been looking forward to this Q&A all week. For those that may not be aware, earlier this week I came on to Tomahawk Take as the Site Expert. I have a lot of goals in mind when taking on this position with the primary one being that I want to provide as much quality content for as many Atlanta Braves fans as possible. I want this community to grow and to foster dialogue with all of you about what you want/need from Braves coverage because at the end of the day, you are why we exist. I cannot promise that I will may you all happy all of the time (what fanbase anywhere works that way?), but I do promise that I will do everything in my power to help the site grow and succeed.

It is Atlanta Braves Q&A time!

For quite a while now, one fixture of my Twitter account has been that I periodically do Q&A sessions where followers send me questions and I do my best to answer as many of them as possible. Those Q&As have been quite popular and when thinking about how to best build a community here at Tomahawk Take, one of my first ideas was to do weekly sessions where I invite readers to ask me questions and I answer them right in the comments. For now, my plan is to do them every Thursday at 6 PM EST, but I will let you know if that plan changes.

The way this works is simple: all you do is log in and post your questions in the comments and I will reply with my answers. I can type pretty fast, but if there is a lot of questions…just be patient with me and I will get to yours. You can ask me Braves related questions (majors or minors), questions about the site, or really anything as long as it isn’t super creepy/too personal (if you don’t know where that line is, its probably best to play it safe).

I will be answering a lot of questions as they come in to start, but at some point, I am going to need to do things like “eat”, “say hi to my wife”, and “sleep”, so there may be some pauses/delays. Once we get past the initial barrage of questions, I do plan on circling back to this post over the next day or so to answer questions that trickle in. After that, you are probably best served to drop by the Q&A next week.

So hit me, ask me anything!
