The World Series shifts to Atlanta where the Braves and Astros are square at one game apiece. Here is everything you need to know for Game 3.
While it might not feel great after losing Charlie Morton and Game 2, the Atlanta Braves did what they needed to do in Houston.

Braves vs. Astros Odds for Game 3
The Astros remain the favorite in this at -1.5/+170 with the Braves at +1.5/-220, according to WynnBET. However, the money line has the Braves -111 and the Astros +103.
And the spread for this game is 8.5 runs.
Braves Starting Pitcher: Ian Anderson
While Ian Anderson certainly hasn’t been bad this postseason — he’s allowed just 3 earned runs in 12 innings — he also hasn’t given the Braves a lot of length.
They’ll need that from him in Game 3 with back-to-back bullpen games coming up.
As is the case with most of these pitching matchups, the Astros have no experience against Ian, which hopefully plays in his favor.
The key for Ian is always the same, get ahead in the count, throw the fastball for strikes, and get the hitters lunging at his devastating change-up down below the zone.
Braves Starting Lineup
Moving back to a National League ballpark there will be no DH for the next three games. Brian Snitker has decided to keep Jorge Soler in the lineup over Joc Pederson.
Braves vs. Astros Game 3 Prediction
This is the most important game for the Braves if they’re going to win this series. Ian Anderson has to go at least 5 innings and give up 2 earned runs or less to give the offense a chance to figure out Luis Garcia.
If Ian can do that, then the Braves big four in the back of the bullpen should be well-rested and ready to cover the final four innings.
The offense has to get going after struggling against an unfamiliar starter in Game 2, you hope that’s not the case against Garcia.
If the Braves win this game they likely split the next two and go back to Houston with a chance to win the World Series.
On the other hand, if they drop this game, things get really uncomfortable the rest of the way.
The home crowd should play a big factor in what I think might be the closest game of this seris.
Braves win 5-4.
