We rank where every team in the game stands every Monday including the Atlanta Braves of course.

Let’s just jump right in and see where we have every team to begin their 2021 season’s starting in a few days.

1. Los Angeles Dodgers

The rich get richer. The Dodgers were the team to beat even before adding on the reigning Cy Young award winner Trevor Bauer. I think it is fair to say anything less than back-to-back World Series titles would be a let-down for the Dodgers

2. New York Yankees

The lineup ranks right up there with any in the game, but it will most likely be the same story it has for the past few years, will the starting pitching behind Gerrit Cole be enough to take them back to the World Series? Despite that, they should be the early AL favorites.

3. San Diego Padres

This build feels different than the last time the Padres tried a similar tactic. This team had enormous talent before they went out and acquired enough pitching to possibly give them the best 1-5 rotation in the game. The NL West race should be fun.

4. Atlanta Braves

The Atlanta Braves did not significantly revamp their roster from the one that was just a few innings from making the World Series last season. The Braves rightfully feel the young pieces are ripe and ready to make the next step this season.

5. Chicago White Sox

I could easily see the White Sox being the AL pennant winners this year. The injury to Eloy Jiminez certainly does not help, but still it is hard to wonder how scary this team would be if they still had Fernando Tatis Jr on the club.

6. New York Mets

The flavor of the month club to start the season is without a doubt the New York Mets. The Mets should be good though. The real question is whether Francisco Lindor is one and done in Queens or is he there for the long haul?

7. Minnesota Twins

The Twins it seems looked to upgrade defense over the Winter, and they did exactly that. They will look to upend the White Sox and be the 2021 AL central winners.

8. Toronto Blue Jays

The Blue Jays are off to an unexpected start as big-time free agent signing George Springer looks poised to begin the year on the injured list. Despite that, the Blue Jays look to have the young studs break out a little more in 2021.

9. Oakland Athletics

The A’s who always seem to find a way look to be right in the hunt again to begin the 2021 season. Despite reports to the contrary, the Athletics elected to hang onto Matt Chapman and Matt Olson for the 2021 season.

10. Washington Nationals

The 2019 World Series champions look to bounce back from their dismal 2020 season. Health will obviously be the key to whether or not that takes place. Also, while they do have youth on the team, the window for this club to contend may be shrinking some.
