We enter the final week of the season now. It all comes down to this in our final regular season MLB Power Rankings. Luckily the Atlanta Braves know their fate.

Along with the Atlanta Braves, the Astros, Dodgers, and Yankees know their fate as well. As for the rest, well we will discuss in this weeks MLB Power Rankings.

30. Detroit Tigers

The abysmal season has just about wrapped up for the Tigers. Maybe they can draft someone good to go along with Casey Mize?

29. Miami Marlins

Some were surprised they signed Don Mattingly to an extension. I was among those that were. Obviously, he is fully bought into what the plan is in Miami.

28. Baltimore Orioles

Always fun to have a little drama around other clubs, and former Oriole BJ Surhoff pleasantly gave us some when he had choice words for the new Baltimore Front Office this week.

27. Kansas City Royals

The next Atlanta Braves opponent sits near the bottom of the pack here at the end. Hopefully the Atlanta Braves can retain momentum and win the short two-game series this week. And with the report that came out while I was writing this, good luck to Ned Yost in his after Baseball career.

26. Pittsburgh Pirates

Here the Pirates go again on a long losing streak. For the second time this year, they have lost at least 9 in a row. The Pirates front office has some interesting choices to make this offseason.

25. Seattle Mariners

Things were ending OK for the Mariners, but then they lost two out of three to Baltimore. I mean in the grand scheme it doesn’t matter, but still.

24. Toronto Blue Jays

After winning Friday against the Yankees, Toronto was assured of not losing 100 games this season. With the young talent they have, it might be a while before they, in fact, do that again.

23. San Diego Padres

The first year of the Manny Machado experience didn’t work out as hoped. San Diego is most likely going to be very high on people’s teams who could make a big leap in 2020 however.

22. Chicago White Sox

The White Sox have a huge series against the Indians this week. They could potentially be the roadblock between Cleveland and the playoffs.

21. Colorado Rockies

The lone benefit of having such a tough year for the Rockies might be the playing time they have been allowed to give to Garrett Hampson. The youngster has impressed with his talent with that shot as well.
