The Atlanta Braves have a ton of pitchers that can all be used at the Major League level right now, and obviously that is a very good thing. The question is who should be the 5 to be in the rotation once everyone is healthy and ready to go?
We’ve all heard the names and seen most of them pitch for the Atlanta Braves over the last few years now.
Names like Max Fried, Kyle Wright, Kolby Allard, Luiz Gohara, Mike Soroka, and many more. Again though, only 5 can pitch at a time in a rotation. Obviously injuries and things of that nature can derail a team’s plans at any time.
In that regard, the Atlanta Braves are probably the most ready team in the Majors to have someone step up and take the ball… and have already proven this point over this season’s first week.
Sure: there are going to be some growing pains probably along the way, and not every one of these prospects will pan out and become a Major League pitcher, but the Atlanta Braves can afford to miss out on 1 or 2 because we have so many that are at the ready now.
Heck, a couple more might be on another team come August or September, but we will worry about that then.
The point of this article is too lay out what would the best Atlanta Braves rotation as we start the summer months and once everyone gets back healthy.
First we are going to start with the big boys.
