Here we give you our series preview as the Atlanta Braves get ready to take on the Miami Marlins for the first time this season.

That Atlanta Braves will host the Miami Marlins this weekend at SunTrust Park in their first matchup of the season.

Last year the Braves feasted on the fish racking up 14 wins against them and just five losses.

Miami played their first seven games at home in 2019 and split a four-game series with the Colorado Rockies before running into the buzzsaw that is the New York Mets who swept them.

As for the Atlanta Braves, we all know they were embarrassed in Philadelphia to start the season, but bounced back nicely with a series win at home over the Chicago Cubs.

If the Braves are going to win the NL East again, they have to take advantage of series like these. They need to go 14-5 against the Marlins again and win series they are supposed to win like this.

The Marlins still appear to be in a complete rebuild, but they have a lot of veterans in their lineup like Curtis Granderson, Neil Walker, and Starlin Castro.

But in the rotation, it’s pretty much all young guys and names you probably don’t know yet.

The Atlanta Braves are starting to get healthy in the pitching staff. Hopefully, that will help the Braves in this series against the Marlins and they can keep the positive momentum going at home.

Let’s get into the pitching matchups and see who will win this series.
