Michael Mader left the Shuckers absolutely dumbfounded, putting 10 Biloxi hitters on base and stranding them all. On the night, Mader tossed 7 scoreless innings, allowing 6 hits and 4 walks, striking out 5. Thomas Burrows closed out the game with two perfect innings, striking out 3.
Travis Demeritte led the Mississippi attack with a double and a single. Alejandro Salazar had a pair of singles.

Lakeland Flying Tigers 2, Florida Fire Frogs 0
A tremendous pitching matchup came down to a pair of runs allowed by the Florida bullpen. Tucker Davidson had his second straight dominant start, tossing 6 scoreless innings, allowing 4 hits and a walk, striking out 7.
CJ Alexander had a pair of doubles. Drew Waters had a double. Kurt Hoekstra had a stolen base.

West Virginia Power 6, Rome Braves 4
The Braves scored 4 in the first inning, but the Power were able to chip away at that lead and eventually score 3 runs in the 8th and 9th inning. Odalvi Javier made the start, going 5 1/3 innings, allowing 3 runs, 2 earned, on 5 hits and 2 walks, striking out 4.
Trey Harris had a double, single, walk, and stolen base. AJ Graffanino had a double and a single. Hagen Owenby had a pair of singles and a walk. Drew Lugbauer had a stolen base.

Princeton Rays 4, Danville Braves 0
One of the most talent-laden teams in the minor leagues, Princeton dominated the D-Braves on Friday, striking out 13 Danville hitters. Dilmer Mejia tossed 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 8 hits and a walk, striking out 2. Rusber Estrada had a single and a walk as the only Danville hitter to reach base twice.

GCL Pirates 7, GCL Braves 2
The Braves scored first, but the Pirates were able to capitalize late, scoring 7 runs from the 6th inning on. Miguel Jerez made the start and threw 5 shutout innings, but ran into trouble in the 6th and left without recording an out in the inning, with a final line of 5 innings, 3 runs allowed on 9 hits and no walks, striking out 5. He allowed 4 hits and 3 runs in the 6th before he left the game.
Jeremy Fernandez had a pair of doubles. Logan Brown had a double. Juan Morales had two singles.
