POLL: Atlanta Braves New Year, New Team, New Fun In 2016?

Braves Struggled In 2015, Will 2016 Be Different?

The Atlanta Braves finished 2015 with a 67-95 record…the third worst record in the MLB.  The Braves hadn’t lost 90 since 2008 and more than 95 since 1990 when they finished the year with 97 losses.

From 1984 until 1991, the Braves had a losing record.  That’s seven straight years for fans to cheer on a poor performing team.  Flash forward to present, we currently are going through a two year stand with losing records.

Will it continue for a third year?

As we turn the page on 2015 tonight, we can forget about the miseries of this past year and focus on the future of the organization.  That’s why right now, we’d like to put you in the driver shoes and see what you think about our upcoming season.

On December 31, 2015, the Braves continue to shape their squad for next year.  News broke earlier today that the Braves signed pitcher Kyle Kendrick and yesterday they bolstered their bullpen by signing Alex Torres.

Still many moves could be in the works for the Braves as we still have months before the season begins…BUT only about a month and a half before pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training.  Excited?  You should be getting there.

Let’s look into the future a little…how about we pretend we’re sitting on December 31, 2016…how do you think they Braves preformed in the 2016 season?  How about we also say everything on paper today for the roster is what the Braves will have for the entire year.

Take the poll below and tell us what you’re thinking

Obviously no one knows how this season will shape up, but it’s always fun to play the speculation game.  Hell, since it’s just us making our predictions, why don’t we just say the Braves will make the playoffs in 2016!! HA!  Might as well have hope though, right???
