The Atlanta Braves Announce Spring Schedule; Key Dates
The Atlanta Braves have made public their 2016 Spring Training Schedule. The first week of December is almost in the books and folks, we are less than three months away form actual baseball!
In a Twitter announcement, the Braves released the schedule and you can check out the full schedule here. The Braves will open up 2016 Grapefruit League action on March 1st against the Baltimore Orioles.
There are 3 tentative split-squad dates and 16 home games slated. The Braves specified when everyone is to report to Spring Training as well.

- Feb. 20: 1st P&C workout
- Feb. 24: Full squad reports
- Feb. 25: 1st full squad workout

Some other notes to go along with this news is that the Braves will have three night games this spring.
- Nationals – March 12th
- Phillies – March 24th
- Yankees – March 28th
The Braves only get one off day this spring, and that day is March 23rd.
