This is a Tomahawk Take EXCLUSIVE
We pick u the adventures of the Esurance MLB Fanfare Sweepstakes winner Christie Lysdale and her trusted sidekick Karen as they left the 2015 Legends & Celebrity Softball Game early in order to get ready for the featured event of the night… The All-star Gala.
In the words from Christie (small edits by me):
After we left the ball field for the day, we had the All Star Gala to attend. It was a HUGE Shin-digg with free food and (maybe an adult beverage or 5).
We walked around and took in the sights since it was at Union Terminal Train Station and enjoyed our night with the other fanfare sweepstakes winners.
I did get to bump elbows with the new Commissioner Rob Manfred as I started on my manhunt to see if Dave Winfield was actually here (rumor).
We met a media guy from Minnesota and he told us all the players were flying in while we were at the Gala.
After the Gala, we came back to the room and went to bed. It was a really fun-filled yet exhausting day (time to recharge for tomorrow).
Attached are some of the images from the day’s events, enjoy!
