The Tigers lost Max Scherzer, the White Sox bought up everybody that the Cubs, Red Sox, and Padres didn’t… but will that be enough?

Cleveland seems to be treading water, though Michael Bourn and Nick Swisher are supposedly better (Spring stats don’t show that). The Royals, for all of their run in 2014, did not seem to improve much either… So what happens here?

Answer: to me, it looks to be a two-or-three-tiered division: the trick is whether you believe the Tigers, White Sox, or Royals (or all three) belong in the top group.

Most of us are in agreement about the Twins, though: bottom-dwellers again.
