Atlanta Braves pitchers and catchers reported to camp over a week ago and though many positional players reported early, it was mandatory for the full squad to report this past Wednesday. Â Full squad practices started on Thursday morning.
If you’ve been inside a cave, let’s catch you up…Melvin B.J. Upton has sesamoiditis in his left foot and will be in a leg cast for two weeks and then a walking boot for 4-6 weeks.  Andrelton Simmons had a sore oblique but has been participating in practices lightly.
Spring Training games begin on Wednesday, March 4 when the Braves take on the New York Mets.  We are now days away from baseball games!
