Today is the Day
It’s time! News of actual baseball-related stuff is finally coming… once we learn of Mike Minor‘s arbitration ruling, the contracts will be done, the transactions… well, maybe mostly done… and baseballs will be thrown, hit and fielded.
Pitchers and Catchers are reporting… with a few others… to Orlando today!
Here’s a couple of quick notes from the beat reporters on scene:
#Braves B.J. Upton has Upton Jr. on his jersey now for 1st time, not just Upton. (He'a Melvin Upton, like his dad)

Jonny Gomes and B.J. Upton have adjoining lockers. They shared this same clubhouse as members of the 2003 Orlando Rays.

#Braves Bethancourt on team having veteran options at catcher: "I see it as a challenge. There's always somebody trying to take your job."
