Henry Louis “Hank” Aaron, the greatest Brave of all, was a man of few words during his playing career. He could aptly be described as one who spoke softly and carried a big stick.
He let his game speak, and it spoke volumes. His bat did plenty of talking.
However, when he speaks, people listen to what he has to say.
The same applies when it comes to social media. I wasn’t even aware that Hank was on Twitter. Prior to today he had only sent out eight tweets. That eighth tweet was a big one though and people are paying attention to it.
Aaron weighed in on the recent developments of Seattle Seahawks defensive back Richard Sherman after the fallout from his polarizing post game interview with Fox’s Erin Andrews.
Hammerin’ Hank has Sherman’s back.
That is pretty strong. Sherman has to be moved to receive a vote of confidence from the true home run king.
