Greetings from the SHOT show in Las Vegas! Having left weather that was 15 degrees and snowy to arrive in 70 degree sunny weather here was fantastic!
It’s really interesting how many baseball players are really into the shooting sports. They seem to be all over the place here. Ex-Braves Adam LaRoche and Ryan Langerhans are two that are usually here. Of course, Chipper is a mainstay, especially with he and his Dad owning the “Double Dime” ranch in Texas.
I’m going to keep my eyes and ears peeled for some Winter tidbits to pass along from here. Hopefully I won’t hit a dry hole!
If I get any significant time with Chipper, I’m going to probe a bit about the records that are in sight for him this year. And if I don’t, I guess we’ll just have to discuss them ourselves. There are quite a few!
