In an interview with Carroll Rogers of the AJC, Chipper Jones reported that his rehab from knee surgery was going well, with no setbacks. In fact, Chipper said he’s been able to “climb trees and walk miles upon miles of rough terrain”. He plans to begin hitting in December, though he says the doctors have cleared him to begin already and the knee has responded well on the golf course.
All signs say that Chipper is taking the rehab seriously and that he’ll be ready for opening day. If so, lookout Phillies!
