With a 3-0 Giants win over the Padres, the Braves have clinched the wild card. They will return to the playoffs for the first time since 2005.
The Braves and Giants will begin the NLDS on Thursday in San Francisco. Of course, they will more than likely get the day game, but that will be announced soon. The Giants were the one team I was hoping the Braves would face, and they will get that chance. Full previews and a team preview of the Giants will be posted here this week.
