How are they going to celebrate

Let’s be honest, most of us are just curious how Ronald Acuna Jr. and Ozzie Albies are going to celebrate during games and still social distance.

The foot tap is OK, but I think they’ll come up with something even better.

But seriously, I’m curious to see how the players interact during a game.

What happens on the corner: It seems likely the Braves will at least have to start the year without Freddie Freeman at first base. Who gets the majority of the reps there to begin the game will be interesting.

It’s like down to Peter O’Brien, Yonder Alonso, and Austin Riley.

And that could mean that Johan Camargo gets the nod at third base to start the year.

I still think Snitker finds a way to get both Camargo and Riley in the lineup either way.

I’m not really that concerned with how the hitters look in these games. Just like in regular spring training, it’s just about getting the at-bats and getting their timing down.

Either way, hitters are probably going to be a little slow out of the gate. Facing teammates just isn’t the same, and playing in front of empty stands could be jarring for player who feed off that energy.
