Cleveland Indians

This one has been touched on in the past, but it feels like a good fit still, so lets hash on it some more shall we?

The Cleveland Indians have never been one to boast a huge payroll, so maybe the thought of having an affordable good player like Ender Inciarte would prove to be tantalizing?

The best current outfielder on the Indians roster is arguably Franmil Reyes, and let’s just say there is a reason he is sometimes the team’s designated hitter.

Ender would be a good get for them just for his defense alone.

But let’s not kid ourselves here, the players we would want from Cleveland in return would certainly cost more than Inciarte.

In fact, I would venture to say he would ALMOST have to be the third piece in the deal to land one of their big starting pitchers or Francisco Lindor.

I have no idea if Cleveland is indeed serious about moving any of those players and doing a soft rebuild, but I do know Atlanta could very well get them if they offered two prized prospects and a player like Ender Inciarte to the Indians in return.

Especially again, when you consider that Ender could be the exact kind of player they are looking for and frankly needing.
