Thursday

Gwinnett struck early and held on during a late Buffalo flurry to win 6-4 Thursday. Jed Bradley made yet another excellent start, going 7 innings, allowing one run on 5 hits and 4 walks, striking out 6. Rio Ruiz had a tremendous day at the plate, going for a home run, a double, and two walks. Emilio Bonifacio had a double, single, and a walk. Mel Rojas had two singles. Sean Kazmar had a double and a walk. Braeden Schlehuber had a double.

Friday

Gwinnett had a big offensive game, defeating Durham 11-1. Tyrell Jenkins made the start, going 5 scoreless innings, allowing 5 hits and 3 walks, striking out 4. Mel Rojas had a home run, triple, and a double. Rio Ruiz had three singles. Ronnier Mustelier and Reid Brignac each had a double, single, and a walk. Daniel Castro had a double and a single. Emilio Bonifacio had a triple and a single.

Saturday

Chris Ellis continued to shuffle with Gwinnett as they lost to Durham on Saturday 5-3. Ellis went 6 innings, allowing 5 runs (4 earned) on 5 hits and 3 walks, striking out 7. Emilio Bonifacio had a big day at the plate, with a double and three singles. Daniel Castro had a double and a single. Ronnier Mustelier had a home run. Rio Ruiz had a double. Mel Rojas had a stolen base.

Sunday

Durham outscored Gwinnett 10-6 on Sunday. Wilfredo Boscan made the start and went 3 innings, allowing 5 runs on 8 hits and a walk, striking out 3.
