There is one thing we all seem to agree on:  The Baltimore Orioles are not going to be very good.  Sure, they’ve added a lot of home runs in that offense, but we’ve seen this movie… and it doesn’t always end well.

Many of us have bought into the new-new-look Red Sox, having added Craig Kimbrel and David Price.  This could test my own theory about how much better adding an ace to the staff makes your pitching overall… never mind also adding a premium closer to the back of the bullpen.

Nobody picked the Yankees to win the division – and I happen to think that they are one injury away from having a disaster on their hands… namely to the pitching staff.

So if it isn’t the Red Sox, it will probably be the Blue Jays.  They certainly have enough offense (again) to overcome most pitching issues (though they certainly have some).
