21. Chicago White Sox

Let’s all give credit to Jose Abreu. He is a very good player who has said multiple times he does not want to leave despite the long struggles of the White Sox. Refreshing to see a player with that attitude.

22. Cincinnati Reds

As we mentioned earlier about the Pirates, the Reds are still in contention in the wacky NL Central race. They are probably really lamenting the slow start they endured to start the year.

23. New York Mets

I was fully prepared to read a headline today that the Mets had let Mickey Callaway go if the Braves would have held on Sunday evening and completed the sweep. The win might have lengthened his stay in Queens for a few days but I expect a change by the end of the all star break. The Mets are in complete disarray.

24. Seattle Mariners

The rebuild is on in Seattle and I’m sure most veterans and higher priced players in the organization already have there bags packed and ready to leave at any minute.

25. San Francisco Giants

The Giants have played much better ball over the last few weeks but are still at the bottom of the NL West. No doubt they will be selling Will Smith and Madison Bumgarner to the highest bidder this month though.

26. Miami Marlins

Miami is coming for the Mets. They are only 4.5 behind them and obviously with that would be out of the NL East cellar. Let’s just hope they continue to have problems with the Braves though as we play them next weekend.

27. Toronto Blue Jays

Perhaps the biggest trade chip the Blue Jays have is Marcus Stroman so naturally they are holding out hope that his recent shoulder injury is not deemed serious.

28. Kansas City Royals

Weird stat of the day…the Royals are actually ahead of the Tigers in the standings despite being more games out of first than Detroit.

29. Detroit Tigers

1-9 over the last 10 games is kind of par for the course this season so far. Thankfully that 1 win was a come from behind win against our rivals the Washington Nationals.

30. Baltimore Orioles

A little crazy but Baltimore should of had 2 all stars. Both John Means and Trey Mancini deserved an invite to the big game.
