Atlanta Braves twenty-four games in – who’s hot who’s not
By Fred Owens
That was the week that was
Here are the numbers from April 19 through April 25.

Not hot last week | PA | AVG | OBP | SLG | OPS |
Ozzie Albies | 26 | .217 | .308 | .391 | .699 |

Ender Inciarte | 24 | .286 | .333 | .333 | .667 |
Johan Camargo | 12 | .167 | .167 | .167 | .333 |
Over that small sample size Acuna cooled down a bit – he sort of had to didn’t he? – as did Ozzie. Ender started to hit the ball the other way and picked up some useful hits in the process.
This week wasn’t a good one for the Atlanta Braves bats with runners in scoring position.

That’s a wrap
I know there are a lot of numbers in this, but I also know some don’t have the time or inclination to dig for them. This provides a one-stop look at who’s doing well in spite of what our memory tells and who came through in big situations.
I’ll work on streamlining this and putting together something similar but with fewer variables for pitchers soon.
