AAA Gwinnett Braves (17-14)

Monday

Toledo scored first on the G-Braves, but that was the only run they got on Monday as Gwinnett won 8-1. Lucas Sims went 6 1/3 innings, allowing one run on 5 hits and 2 walks, striking out 4.

Rio Ruiz had a home run and a double. Ozzie Albies had a triple and a single. Anthony Recker had a double and a walk. Sean Kazmar had a home run. Mel Rojas, Jr. and Xavier Avery each had a double.

Tuesday

Toledo put across runs in 5 different innings, defeating the Braves 8-4. Matt Wisler got the start, going 5 2/3 innings, allowing 7 runs (6 earned) on 8 hits and 3 walks, striking out 4.

Mel Rojas, Jr. had a home run and a single. Ozzie Albies had a single and a walk. Lane Adams had a home run. Johan Camargo had a double.

Wednesday

Gwinnett defeated Toledo Wednesday 5-3. Aaron Blair went 6 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits and 2 walks, striking out 5.
