The Braves followed a dynamic duo at the top of their lineup to a 5-1 win over Biloxi. Patrick Weigel went 8 1/3 innings, taking a no-hitter into the 7th inning, allowing one unearned run, with 2 hits and 2 walks, striking out 4. Dustin Peterson had a double and a home run. Ozzie Albies had a home run, single, and a stolen base. Mallex Smith had two singles and a stolen base.

Friday

Mississippi shut out Biloxi 10-0 on Friday. Sean Newcomb was purely dominating, throwing 7 shutout innings, allowing just one hit and one walk, striking out 8. Mallex Smith had a triple, two singles, and a walk. Connor Lien had a triple and two singles. Ozzie Albies had two doubles and a walk. Dustin Peterson had a double, walk, and a single.
