AAA Gwinnett Braves (30-34)

Thursday

Gwinnett won 2-1 over Lehigh Valley Thursday night. Ryan Weber got the start and went 4 innings, allowing one run on 3 hits, striking out 3. Ozzie Albies had a single and a walk and stole two bases. Emilio Bonifacio stole a base.

Friday

While Lucas Sims got the win for Gwinnett on Friday over Norfolk 4-2, he really wasn’t at his best. Sims went 5 innings, allowing 1 run on 5 hits and 3 walks, striking out 7, but he looked very out of sorts even though he had success. Sean Kazmar had a double and a single. Ozzie Albies had a triple and a single. Reid Brignac had a single and a walk. Matt Tuiasosopo had a home run.

Saturday

Gwinnett got a balanced attack to win 6-4 on Saturday. Lucas Harrell got the start and went 4 innings, allowing 3 runs on 6 hits and 5 walks, striking out 1. Anthony Recker had two singles and a double. Emilio Bonifacio had two singles and a stolen base. Rio Ruiz had a single and a walk. Matt Tuiasosopo had a single and a walk.

Sunday

The Braves offense showed up big over Norfolk Sunday, winning 10-3. Manny Banuelos got the start, going 3 innings, allowin a run on 2 hits and 4 walks, striking out 3. Anthony Recker had two home runs and two walks. Ronnier Mustelier and Emerson Landoni each had three singles. Reid Brignac had two singles and a walk. Emilio Bonifacio had a single and a walk. Daniel Castro had a home run. Sean Kazmar had a double.
