Monday

Rochester was happy to see Lucas Sims out of the game, and took advantage to win 6-3 over Gwinnett. Sims finished with a line of 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 4 hits and 2 walks with 5 strikeouts. Sean Kazmar had two singles. Ryan Lavarnway had a double and a walk. Jace Peterson walked twice. Ozzie Albies had a double.

Tuesday

Casey Kelly was rolling along with excellence until the 4th inning, when the wheels just completely came off. His final line was 3 1/3 innings, 7 runs allowed (5 earned) on 4 hits and 5 walks, striking out 4. Adonis Garcia had two singles. Ozzie Albies had his first home run in AAA. Ronnier Mustelier had a triple. Emilio Bonifacio stole his 11th base.

Wednesday

Kanekoa Texeira made a spot start after Williams Perez was called up. He did fairly well on short rest, going 4 1/3 innings, allowing 2 runs (1 earned) on 8 hits and 3 walks, striking out 2. However, Rochester starter Andrew Albers was dominant on Wednesday, going a complete game against Gwinnett as Rochester won 7-1. Adonis Garcia had two singles. Emilio Bonifacio stole his 12th base.

Tuesday

Chris Ellis was brilliant on Tuesday, shutting out Mobile 5-0. Ellis put up a final line of 7 innings, allowing 3 hits and a walk, striking out 5. Dansby Swanson had a triple and two singles. Dian Toscano had three singles. Johan Camargo, Willians Astudillo, and Matt Lipka each had two singles.

Wednesday

The Mississippi offense showed up big on Wednesday, but in uncharacteristic fashion, the M-Braves starter actually had a rough game as Mobile won 5-3. Sean Newcomb went 5 innings, allowing 5 runs on 6 hits and 2 walks, striking out 3. Jordy Lara had two singles and a home run. Matt Lipka had a single and a walk. Dustin Peterson hit a monster solo home run.
