Monday
Robert Whalen pitched a very good game on Monday, but Mississippi simply could not score a single run to support him, as the M-Braves lost 5-0. Whalen went 6 innings, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits and 2 walks, striking out 5. Only Ozzie Albies and Dian Toscano had hits for the Braves.
Tuesday
Mississippi scored some solid runs on Tuesday to defeat Biloxi 9-3. Brandon Barker pitched an exceptional game, throwing 6 scoreless innings, allowing only 2 hits and a walk, striking out 4. Ozzie Albies had three hits, including his first home run of the season and a double. Dustin Peterson had a home run and a double. Johan Camargo had a single, a double, and a walk. Jacob Schrader hit a double and a single. Willians Astudillo had a single and a walk.
