Atlanta Braves Morning Chop: Laying Bricks, Laying Honors

Braves Execs, Players, Alums Lay First New Stadium Bricks
A couple dozen bricks are now mortared in at the SunTrust Park site… roughly 800,000 remain.
In ceremonies this morning, several members of the Braves executive staff, plus guests such as Freddie Freeman and Hank Aaron, were on hand to start the process of installing the bricks that will dominate the look of the new SunTrust Park.

Freeman and Aaron were also taking some time to sign hardhats and other items for some of the construction contractors on site.
