NL East

Miami Marlins – OF Adam Duvall (July 30, 2021)

Moving onto the NL East, the most recent trade between the Braves and Miami Marlins is also a memorable one from the 2021 MLB trade deadline in which Atlanta acquired Duvall on July 30. In return, Miami received catcher Alex Jackson, who would appear in only 42 games with the Marlins.

New York Mets – RHP Akeel Morris (June 8, 2016)

To find the most recent trade between the Braves and Mets, you have to go back to June 8, 2016 when Atlanta acquired Morris for 2B Kelly Johnson and cash. Morris would remain with the Braves for nearly two seasons, and was later traded to the Angels on April 3, 2018.

Philadelphia Phillies – C Johnny Estrada (December 20, 2002)

As for the Phillies, you have to go back over two decades on December 20, 2002 when the Braves acquired Estrada for RHP Kevin Millwood. Estrada, a catcher, would go on to play three seasons in Atlanta from 2003-05, which included his lone All-Star appearance in 2004.

Washington Nationals – SS Ehire Adrianza (August 1, 2022)

The NL East concludes here with a move from just last season with the Nationals at the 2022 MLB trade deadline, with Atlanta acquiring Adrianza. In return, Washington would receive minor leaguer Trey Harris.
